As the Manager of Learning & Engagement at StoryCorps, I supported organizations nationally in creating storytelling and recording projects in their communities. I served as a mission spokesperson, delivering workshops, trainings, and presentations to various organizations, including corporate clients, schools, healthcare providers, libraries, and community organizations. I cultivated, managed, and supported partnerships with mission-aligned organizations nationwide. I also supported the development and enhancement of StoryCorps DIY, an online learning hub, along with other educational assets.
Additionally, I took charge of training and advising StoryCorps Ambassadors at partner institutions, ensuring they were well-equipped to carry out storytelling and recording projects in their respective communities. A significant aspect of my responsibilities involved archiving interviews with the Library of Congress, contributing to the preservation of valuable narratives. Through these multifaceted efforts, I played a key role in amplifying StoryCorps' mission and impact on a national scale.
